Rena R. Amro, MD is a female general orthopedic surgeon and founder of Palm Orthopaedic Institute Inc. in Palm Beach County, Florida. She specializes in all operative and non-operative areas of orthopedic surgery. Her orthopedic subspecialty interests are in minimally invasive surgery, fracture care, arthroscopy, biologic therapy, and rehabilitative treatments. Dr. Amro has been practicing in Palm Beach County, Florida since 2002. She completed her undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania State University with highest honors. Dr. Amro received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with summa cum laude honors and as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor medical society. Her orthopedic surgical residency and general surgery internship were completed at the ivy league, world-renowned Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During her studies in Philadelphia, Dr. Amro also attended the Wharton School and studied and completed a degree in Business Administration. Dr. Amro is currently on staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center and the Palms West Surgicenter. Dr. Amro is currently accepting new patients.
